TMD (Transport des Materials Dangereuses) regulations governing the transport of dangerous materials require that the employer issues a training certificate to any person who handles, requests transport for or effects the transport of dangerous materials. It must be noted that your permits is only valid for the employer who gives you a permit to receive this training.
