With the appearance, in June 1998, of Law 430, the Commission des Transports du Québec instituted a registry of owners and operators of heavy vehicles, requiring them to register and update this registry every year. This registry applies only to vehicles 3000 kilos and over, allowing you to ascertain your security code with the CTQ.
