Therefore, to obtain such a permit, you must request from the CTQ (Commission des transports du Québec) the transfer of existing business already in your name. The province of Québec is divided into 10 regions. A bulk trucking transport permit is valid for the transport of merchandise of which the origin or destination corresponds to the region for which the permit is transferred.
